“Scott was recommended to us by our financial advisor. I had a preliminary phone meeting with him in which he helped me to brainstorm financing options long before we were ready to start looking. When the time came, he always responded to my calls quickly and helped us to get all of the paperwork in place so that when we were ready to make an offer, it would go smoothly. Scott works with a team of people, who were all very communicative and knowledgable. His financial guy, Matt Pederson, was wonderful and spoke with my husband and I at length when we had questions. Matt's support staff were great and Amy stayed on top of what was needed and to whom it needed to be sent and when. Shannon wrote an initial email when we went under contract that explained so clearly and thoroughly all of the steps that we felt like we knew exactly what was happening. Our realtor even commented that it was the best explanation she had ever read and certainly had never seen anything like this coming from a lender. She was very impressed.Everything has gone without a hitch and our insurance agent had some conversations with Amy/Matt and also commented that they really know what they are doing. At the time we were buying there had been recent changes in lending laws/protocols and this team knew exactly what they were and had already made the changes in their routines to accommodate them.I can't recommend these folks enough.”

“Eddie made our second experience purchasing a home completely painless and as stress-free as possible. When we began looking for our current home, we were working with another loan officer. Our experience with that officer was not friendly, and the turnaround on each part of the application process took far longer than we had expected. At one point, we were told that the application process would be put on hold for one week solely due to the fact that our primary contact from their team went on vacation. Our realtor had no reservations recommending Eddie after hearing about our experiences. Once we were in contact with him, Eddie was able to complete more work on our application in the first 12 hours than our previous loan officer had done in 3 weeks. Eddie was beyond helpful through each step of our home purchase, was more than willing to take the time to answer any questions we had, and went above and beyond in ensuring that everything was in place in time for our closing.Since closing, we have recommended Eddie to 3 family members and coworkers who are looking to buy, and we have absolutely no reservations in recommending him to anyone currently looking on Zillow.”

“We have owned several houses and refinanced several times also. Eddie has been the easiest real estate professional to work with out of them all. Easy to work with, down to earth, and also a good sense of humor. This was our second refinance with him and while the paperwork seemed a bit more intensive this time around, he was readily available and easy to communicate with. On the day of the closing he was great with keeping things moving along and letting us know what was happening during the process. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone.”

He took care of absolutely all of our concerns, needs, and wants with genuine care and compassion.
