Easy to work with, down to earth, and also a good sense of humor. This was our second refinance with him and while the paperwork seemed a bit more intensive this time around, he was readily available and easy to communicate with. “Eddie was recommended to us by our real estate agent when we bought our home three years ago. We were first time home buyers with young children. Eddie met with us to go over all of the paperwork and answer all of our questions. He responded to every e-mail query and phone call within the same business day and put us at ease every step of the way. What was most impressive is that Eddie told us about the best loan option, one that other lenders had failed to mention, and got us an amazing rate with no money down. He worked closely with our real estate agent and his team helped us complete follow up documentation.We were so impressed with Eddie that when we decided to refinance our home, we knew we would contact him. His new on-line loan application and documentation system was efficient and easy to use. “My Loan Officer was so helpful throughout the entire process that I was almost concerned the process was TOO easy. He took care of absolutely all of our concerns, needs, and wants with genuine care and compassion. I feel that we could not have asked for a more responsive, knowledgeable, and hardworking individual to be our loan officer and guide us through the process of purchasing our first home.
