“Our experience with our loan officer, Michael Garay, we found was very helpful especially that we were first time home buyers and didn't have much knowledge about purchasing a home. He helped us every step of the way and was very good at explaining thing to us were we would understand. My husband and I always felt comfortable talking to him anytime we had questions. Communication was always there and we never felt we were in the dark on the situation. Over all I would recommend Michael Garay to anyone who is interested in a getting a loan!!”

“Micheal Garay, a loan officer with Loan Simple was our loan officer for our recent home purchase. There were a variety of delays but Michael was not responsible for any of them. The delays were all due to additional information needed by the loan provider. These delays were frustrating for us, the seller and Micheal as the original forms to secure the loan did not ask for the information that was asked for later. Micheal was prompt in contacting us so we could get the needed information. He spoke with us two to three times a week to keep us updated and helped us with the complicated process of doing everything electronically. Where Micheal rates 5 stars in all categories, the loan provider gets 1/2 star. I would seek Michaels help with procuring a loan in the future.”

“My Loan Officer was so helpful throughout the entire process that I was almost concerned the process was TOO easy. He took care of absolutely all of our concerns, needs, and wants with genuine care and compassion. I feel that we could not have asked for a more responsive, knowledgeable, and hardworking individual to be our loan officer and guide us through the process of purchasing our first home. A special mention of Mardee Fenske from Loan Simple as well. Mardee got our loan paperwork approved and cleared to close so quickly and was so immensely helpful in answering any concerns/questions we had.
