“Ray is extremely consultative and knowledgeable. I was impressed by how much he cared about me and my families financies and well being. I didn't expect our loan to close so quickly. Normally the processors take over but with Ray he was there for us every step of the way. His diligence, kindness and expertise made our experience Amazing! I feel like I made a lifetime friend with Ray. If your looking to refinance, purchase a home or just get some advice about your current home loan Ray is your guy!”

I came to the point in my life…

“I came to the point in my life where a change was necessary and to make that change happen, I decided to buy a house. I reached out to a Loan Officer in Stockton (she came recommended) initially that basically wrote me off. I had some credit blemishes. So I contacted Blair, as recommended by a co-worker, and he was able to crunch numbers and get me approved for a home loan!! In March, with the pre-approval, I began looking for homes. I found one near the end of April and closed May 22nd....my kids and I moved in the following weekend! Had he not taken the time to help get my credit where it needed to be, I wouldn't be where I am. My appreciation for his assistance is greatly appreciated!!”

He took care of absolutely all of our concerns, needs, and wants with genuine care and compassion.
