“As a first time home buyer, I felt a fair level of anxiety towards wading through the morass of the experience. Ray was the third loan officer I spoke with and was notably more relaxed in his tone and approach. Ray was extremely informative and personal and answered all of numerous questions. I noticed immediately that Ray is passionate about his career and is more keyed in on the needs of is clients over commercial profits. After house hunting for roughly a month I put an offer in on my home and Ray's team was quick to begin helping me gather all of the documents and keeping me informed of the next steps in the process. I ended up having to file an extension on escrow, and again Ray and his team responded quickly. When things came down to the wire, Ray was able to work around any hurdles which presented themselves and we managed to close on time! I even paid a little less at closing than what I had anticipated! Despite any adversity which arose, and even despite my own obvious stress and frustration, Ray remained a professional throughout the process. I would definitely recommend Ray Salazar and his team at Loan Simple to anyone looking to buy a home, especially if its your first time!”

My wife and I had an unusual situation,…

“My wife and I had an unusual situation, The seller of my home wanted a very quick sale. The Mortgage lender I have used since 1990 to purchase my last three homes was doing an FHA loan for us on our current home we are purchasing. His interest rate and fees were just too high. My Sister told me about a USDA Guaranteed loan. I looked up USDA loans and discovered we could purchase our home with ZERO down payment, a lower interest rate, lower PMI, and lower closing cost. I applied online and five minutes later Ray Salazar called me, He took all my information and within two days Ray was able to get us that USDA loan pre-approved with the lower interest rate, lower monthly payment, lower PMI, lower closing cost, and NO DOWN PAYMENT! We had to transfer our Appraisal to Ray and tell our old Mortgage lender we are no longer using him. That put Ray in a spot, we had less than three weeks until Close of Escrow, Ray worked very hard keeping us updated a few times a day what paperwork he needed from us, I know he stayed late a few nights because of us. In the end, Just last week we closed on our new Home. Ray is a very hard worker and I would recommend him to my Family and Friends without any hesitation. Ray I hope you read this and know how much we appreciate how hard you worked for us, the late nights and missing your own family. From My Wife and I, We Thank You!”
