“My Loan Officer was so helpful throughout the entire process that I was almost concerned the process was TOO easy. He took care of absolutely all of our concerns, needs, and wants with genuine care and compassion. I feel that we could not have asked for a more responsive, knowledgeable, and hardworking individual to be our loan officer and guide us through the process of purchasing our first home. A special mention of Mardee Fenske from Loan Simple as well.
