“I will admit being a little weary when I stumbled across Loan Simple through an on-line search. I had a unique situation having sold a mobile home and making very little on the transaction. Our plans to build on the lot after the mobile home was removed fell through, and we needed a permanent home fast! Spenser worked with us, went the extra mile and found a way forward for us when no other mortgage company would. He and the entire Loan Simple team were the best. “My Loan Officer was so helpful throughout the entire process that I was almost concerned the process was TOO easy. He took care of absolutely all of our concerns, needs, and wants with genuine care and compassion. I feel that we could not have asked for a more responsive, knowledgeable, and hardworking individual to be our loan officer and guide us through the process of purchasing our first home.
