“My Loan Officer was so helpful throughout the entire process that I was almost concerned the process was TOO easy. He took care of absolutely all of our concerns, needs, and wants with genuine care and compassion. I feel that we could not have asked for a more responsive, knowledgeable, and hardworking individual to be our loan officer and guide us through the process of purchasing our first home. A special mention of Mardee Fenske from Loan Simple as well. Mardee got our loan paperwork approved and cleared to close so quickly and was so immensely helpful in answering any concerns/questions we had.
