As first time home buyers, I was nervous…

“As first time home buyers, I was nervous and unclear on everything including picking a lender. I googled and chose Loan Simple because of their reviews and low interest rates. They did not disappoint! Ray made us feel like we were his number one priority. He talked through every detail until he knew I understood and did not take any situation for granted. We were having a hard time finding an appraiser to appraise our property within the time allowed to close so Ray set up one for as close to closing as he could manage, then a couple of days later another appraisal company stated they could complete the appraisal by closing so Ray jumped on it. That "to good to be true appraisal" turned out to be just that though, the guy never did the appraisal, never communicated and I thought we were going to have to start from ground zero. BUT Ray "MacGyvered" the situation. He never cancelled the first appraisal! So even though it still delayed closing briefly, it could have been a deal breaker to the seller if he wouldn't have done that! The experience and expertise that Ray brings to the process is very comforting. I was texting/calling/emailing constantly and Ray never made me feel like I was a bother. Every time there was news or something important he would contact me, but he would also respond to all of my questions and craziness with compassion and clarity so I felt like I was getting real answers. When there was not an immediate response, I knew he was working on the question that I had asked and as soon as he had something he would let me know. If I didn't make it clear, I would definitely recommend Ray to anyone from experienced home buyers to first time buyers. Trust in his skills and abilities and you will have your home!”

“Well, let me just start with us being first time homebuyers and not knowing much about our options. Chance gave us every bit of information he could on what we were eligible for and just how to go about it. He had approvals and paperwork done quickly and always answered every phone call and text with any information we needed. Without him and our Realtor this would not have been possible. We ended up with our dream farm, and much much more. Chance and his team went beyond measures to make sure we closed on our home in record time, and I cannot say enough good things about them. They connected us with a realtor and had us house shopping within days and getting offers in within hours. At this point house buying is an intense process, and our only calm was the team that put it together for us. We will always be grateful and always recommend Chance to others.”

“I shopped around for a loan before I found my dream house and happened upon Loan Simple and Adrian Lopez. Adrian got me pre-qualified right away and walked me through a process that can be pretty daunting, especially for a first-time homebuyer like myself when I did find my dream property.
