“I received a random call one day, and I thought it was spam. I started grilling Martin about questions, and he fired back the answers. Normally lenders do not like telling you some stuff. That is not the case with Martin. Well an hour later after keeping me on the phone connecting, he was able to get me to agree to try and get pre-approved. He completed that in less than a week. After that I was in closing phases on my house 2 weeks later. Martin was always helpful and on call. Even during his Sunday dinner that I interrupted. I’m pretty sure his significant other was not happy because I know mine would not have been, but that is the kind of guy you will get. He applied the over the phone relationship with a personal touch that got me into my first house. Smooth processing and everyone through his company greatly helped along the way.”
