Present: as in that he was there for me and helped guide me through a path unknown. His insight as to market prices and his optimistic mentality have catalyzed my becoming a home owner. “My Loan Officer was so helpful throughout the entire process that I was almost concerned the process was TOO easy. He took care of absolutely all of our concerns, needs, and wants with genuine care and compassion.
