He's honest, very patient, relatable, personable, helpful, knowledgeable, trustworthy and easy to contact, never leaves you hanging on a limb. We started this process a little over an year ago with another lender who was great also but ventured out to other endeavors and we were referred to Yeison. Since working with him he has made our stressful and seems like neverending process bearable. We are first time home buyers and in an new construction and it's been an rollercoaster ride for us. Yeison has become like family since being with him so long and we truly trust him in leading us in the right direction and sharing his input when needed. He is working with my sister also and she absolutely loves him. I would definitely work with him again and I highly highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase an home. “It wasn't a seamless process but I do give 5 stars because in the end we got a house with 0% down and received most of our escrow back working with Ross. This was our second home buying process and I would give it a 8:10 difficulty because there was a lot of "re-submitting" documents. I never had to resubmit anything with the first homebuying (different lender) process.”

“My Loan Officer was so helpful throughout the entire process that I was almost concerned the process was TOO easy. He took care of absolutely all of our concerns, needs, and wants with genuine care and compassion. I feel that we could not have asked for a more responsive, knowledgeable, and hardworking individual to be our loan officer and guide us through the process of purchasing our first home.
