“Steve was great. I started the first time homebuyer process pretty spontaneously without much planning, and he educated me every step of the way. It’s clear when talking to Steve that he wants to find the right loan for you given all factors and is very transparent about the process and numbers. I recommend reaching out to Steve if you are a first time homebuyer since he is experienced dealing with FHA as well as conventional. He also went the extra mile several times because I was on a short timeline and wanted a quick close. He made himself available all hours of the day and treated every step with urgency and encouraged me to do the same so that the process progressed smoothly without many obstacles. 10/10!”

“A little over a year ago is when Kevin and I first got in contact. I was eager to buy a home, but still had about a year to save up some money for a down payment. Kevin was very nice enough to take his time and help me devise a road map of what I can afford, and what I would need to do over the next year. When it came to finally put an offer on a place Kevin guided me on what the best financing options would be for the specific property I was buying. He was also very helpful in navigating the complex loan requirements in purchasing a condo with an occupied tenant. Overall, I felt that Kevin was knowledgeable, diligent, patient, but most importantly honest through the whole transaction.”
