“A year ago we were informed we weren't ready to buy a house because we didn't have a 20% deposit saved up. This year so far has been no different, but my husband and I decided we would use this calculator on FHA to see what we would need for the price range of what we were comfortable buying. After doing so, we received a call from Yeison who just wanted to talk, find out where we are with our financials. (I can tell you it was no where near 20%). We worked with Yeison and Cesar, a realtor Yeison had introduced us to. These two gentlemen need to be commended. They were both very patient, informative, and held our hand during this whole process. My husband and I didn't think we'd be ready to buy a house for another year, and only one month after talking to Yeison and Cesar we are closing on our house!!!!!! It's unbelievable and I can't express my gratitude enough.”

Couldn't Ask for a Better Loan Officer

“My Loan Officer was so helpful throughout the entire process that I was almost concerned the process was TOO easy. He took care of absolutely all of our concerns, needs, and wants with genuine care and compassion. I feel that we could not have asked for a more responsive, knowledgeable, and hardworking individual to be our loan officer and guide us through the process of purchasing our first home. A special mention of Mardee Fenske from Loan Simple as well. Mardee got our loan paperwork approved and cleared to close so quickly and was so immensely helpful in answering any concerns/questions we had.
