Approximately one year ago my wife and I…

“Approximately one year ago my wife and I started searching for a mortgage service provider. We contacted a private agent who ran a soft credit pull, and told us that there is no way possible that she would work with us until we paid off some credit card debt. We were disappointed and proceeded to go back to renting. Approximately 3 months before our lease was ending, I sat down at my computer, prayed and searched for Mortgage providers. As a musician, my mantra has always been “less is more”, meaning don’t make your music complicated, keep it simple. With that in mind, I came across a list of Mortgage providers and Loan Simple stuck out to me, probably due, in part to my mantra. I filled out an application and somewhere between 24 hours, I received a call from Todd Lower. I explained to him my and my wife’s desire to purchase a home but needed to get some things done. I was trying to be positive, but due to my last experience, I had some timidity about moving forward. Todd had already preliminarily reviewed our information and emphatically stated that he could help us get where we wanted to go. Because of his positivity, I IMMEDIATELY trusted him. We had great conversation and he guided us through the process of getting qualified for a mortgage. Todd then also guided us to an amazing realtor who walked us through many different properties and provided excellent advice.
