“From my initial interest in just seeing what I qualified for through the entire process of the loan application and home purchase, Johnathan and his team were very helpful in getting me into the home that my family and I wanted. Johnathan made sure that I was aware of several DPA (Down Payment Assistant) programs and was able to get me qualified for the CHFA program. I can't thank Johnathan and his team enough. Towards the end of the process I think I may have gotten a little nervous and I expressed that to him. Johnathan was able to listen to my concerns and lay out a non-biased review of the pros and cons of homeownership. He was neither pushy or forceful in addressing my worries. “My Loan Officer was so helpful throughout the entire process that I was almost concerned the process was TOO easy. He took care of absolutely all of our concerns, needs, and wants with genuine care and compassion. I feel that we could not have asked for a more responsive, knowledgeable, and hardworking individual to be our loan officer and guide us through the process of purchasing our first home. A special mention of Mardee Fenske from Loan Simple as well.
