“Roger has been more than helpful throughout the entire process, as a first time home buyer, I had no clue what to expect nor did I know about anything related to the process of buying a home. He was very knowledgeable and informative, he did not just look out for his sake, he heard me out, held my hand, and walked me through EVERYTHING! “I have been through the mortgage experience many times in my 62 years of life but I can honestly say that my experience with Michael Cox with Loan Simple steering the process was the best I have ever had. I honestly didn’t even think I would be able to purchase a home because I had very little cash reserves for down payment. But I figured what the heck, I would put a feeler out and see what happened. Well, I ended up connecting with Michael who felt like with my good income and decent credit, he could get me financed. I figured it was pretty much not possible, but I agreed to let him see what he could come up with. Well, he came through big time. He found a mortgage for me through FHA that allowed me to qualify with no money down and even got my closing costs covered by the seller. I was honestly shocked. I thought for sure that somewhere along the process there would be the usual hidden trap, but it never materialized. And Michael did all the work. I simply followed his instructions. Michael, thank you so much friend. I didn’t think this would be possible but you said it would be and you made it happen. I will absolutely recommend you and Loan Simple to anyone who is looking for a mortgage. Thank you again sir.”

He took care of absolutely all of our concerns, needs, and wants with genuine care and compassion.
