“After a recent divorce I needed to refinance the home to pay off ex-wife. Due to settlement agreement and most of the debt landing on my plate my debt to income levels were really high. I was unable to obtain a cash out refinance with the major banks and mortgage lenders who advertise on TV. No problem for Chad, he was able to secure me the full cash out refinance at the current mortgage rate without paying points etc. The man worked so hard, kept me informed during the whole process.
