“Scott and Tanner was an amazing team to have working on my behalf, and I was lucky to have had someone to refer them to me. The lender that I started with was charging me twenty grand for closing cost! When I was introduced to Scott he quoted me thirteen, but at closing I was pleasenty surprised because my cost was a little over three thousand less than he quoted! On top of that my buying process had some external challenge. I'm sure I had become needy and annoying with all the times I called them, but the almost always answered their phones. On the very few times they didn't I received a call back promptly. I even called Scott on a Holliday and he answered! Best experience ever!”

“My Loan Officer was so helpful throughout the entire process that I was almost concerned the process was TOO easy. He took care of absolutely all of our concerns, needs, and wants with genuine care and compassion. I feel that we could not have asked for a more responsive, knowledgeable, and hardworking individual to be our loan officer and guide us through the process of purchasing our first home.
