Although my home purchases went to unexpected direction due to the difficult market circumstances and unexpected financial events at first, he made it awesome with considering every best possible options and flexible approaches. He really cares customer, by providing all the information and all the options, actively finding best interests rate, and strives to meet the closing date by orchestrating everything in order quickly and accurately. I contacted a couple of other lenders but Chris is the one who always be ready for my random questions, be there to consult financial stuffs and willing to help to make my home purchase complete. We were very nervous about approaching a loan this way. Sarah responded immediately. We then began working with Chris and his response times were excellent. When we were referred to Andrew, the first thing my wife told me was how approachable and nice Andrew was. This was over the phone! I picked Andrew due to the fact that it is a local company. However, they did such a good job online, we never had to go in or do any extra legwork. I honestly feel like the house buying process was a little too easy, and that's a good thing.
