“When rates dipped to all-time lows we decided to refinance our house only after a year. We reached out to three different lenders (and had many more get back to us). Charlie was able to offer us the most competitive rate, but that's not the only reason we went with him. When we first discussed the loan package I asked if the terms would change, and he said no. This was before we locked our rate in so I was skeptical. But even as the process continued (through Christmas and the new year mind you!) he made sure he kept his word (even as rates went up slightly in the market). This meant a lot, it would have been very easy for him to make excuses, but he didn't and that was what sealed the deal. He was very responsive to our questions and when things were crazy busy he helped make things easier for people he was relying on.
