“I had tried to purchase a house through a large mortgage company that had a deal with my employer. About halfway through the process, the loan company decided that they weren't going to give me a loan anymore because of a minuscule problem. I called Chance and explained the situation to him and asked if he could help me, and he said absolutely. He jumped through hoops continuously to make sure that I was able to close on my house in a timely manner. He had great communication and kept me informed through the entire process. I highly recommend!”

“My Loan Officer was so helpful throughout the entire process that I was almost concerned the process was TOO easy. He took care of absolutely all of our concerns, needs, and wants with genuine care and compassion. I feel that we could not have asked for a more responsive, knowledgeable, and hardworking individual to be our loan officer and guide us through the process of purchasing our first home.
