“I could not be more happy that I worked with Roy to purchase my first home. I was candid with him that I doubted he'd have any success securing me a mortgage and the fact that he did blew my mind. He was sure to make me go through all the hoops before getting my hopes up. He was clear in communication. He was quick to respond to questions and concerns. “My Loan Officer was so helpful throughout the entire process that I was almost concerned the process was TOO easy. He took care of absolutely all of our concerns, needs, and wants with genuine care and compassion. I feel that we could not have asked for a more responsive, knowledgeable, and hardworking individual to be our loan officer and guide us through the process of purchasing our first home. A special mention of Mardee Fenske from Loan Simple as well. Mardee got our loan paperwork approved and cleared to close so quickly and was so immensely helpful in answering any concerns/questions we had.
