Overview
Loan Simple, Inc. (Loan Simple) is committed to protecting consumer privacy and complying with the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (collectively, the “CCPA”). 1a. Sensitive Personal Information
We may collect the following categories of Sensitive Personal Information as defined under California law:
- Social Security number.
- Driver’s license, state identification card, or passport number.
- Financial account information, account credentials, or information necessary to process mortgage and lending transactions.
- Precise geolocation information, where applicable.
