We’ve always believed that a Support Division shouldn’t just be a cover name for a complaint department. It’s not that we don’t want to hear complaints if they exist, we do, it’s that we would like to have a system in place to address them before they become complaints. We believe a proactive multifaceted Support Division can prevent little concerns from growing into colossal complications.

Support from the Word Go

When you make the decision to become part of the Loan Simple family you will meet our first line of Support. These specialists will be there to conduct a one on one training with you and your branch on all things Loan Simple. This includes all systems, state licensing, the who, what, when, where, and why of Loan Simple. It’s not a one shot proposition either. You can get as much help as you require. Our goal is to make your transition as seamless as possible.

The Deal Desk

It used to be that every Lender had account executives (AE). These AEs weren’t all created equally, and on occasion you would come across that Super AE. The Super AE could not only tell you about the products and programs they had available, but they could look at your file and figure out how to twist, turn, and mold it to fit within guides. They were worth their weight in gold and helped you capture those extra deals that made all the difference.

Well, we’ve got the Super AE next evolution.

At Loan Simple we have a full time Deal Desk available for all those “What If?” questions you may have. You can run income scenarios past them, credit question, program questions, qualification questions, or just about any other concern you may have about your file. The Deal Desk is here so you don’t have to wonder if your file will work when it hits Underwriting.

The Deal desk is here to make you a success and help you capture those deals you might otherwise let fall to the wayside.

Underwriting Support

We encourage you to reach out to our Underwriting Division, and we’ve even put a Support staff in to ensure that your Underwriting questions are handled, and handled quickly. The Underwriting Production Manager can answer all questions you may have about files, deal with special time considerations, and even handle reconsiderations on files you would like reviewed from a different perspective, or with additional information. Our goal is to find a way to make loans work, and with our Underwriting Support you can play as much of a role in making that happen as you would like.

Lock Desk

We know that sometimes it can seem confusing to figure out the rate. Although we believe we have one of the easiest automated pricing engines around, we’ve staffed a full time Live Lock Desk to make sure you’re covered. This Lock Desk is here to ensure that you’ve received the rate you’re looking for, and answered any questions you may have. We know how important the rate can be and sometimes it’s just easier to talk with someone. We’ll be here to answer those questions so you can sleep well at night.

Licensing Support

If you ever had to go through the process of getting licensed in a state then chances are you know it can be a lot like finding your way out of a maze. It’s to avoid this rat trap that we’ve built our Licensing Support Division. We will not only help you every step of the way in getting your license transferred properly, but we’ll help you get licensed in other states if you decide to expand your horizons a bit. We don’t want you to eat up your time trying to navigate the labyrinth of state licensing. Spend your time producing and let us deal with all the minutia of state licensing.
