Reg Z with some Flexibility
We are 100% Reg Z compliant and even offer flexible compensation plans that can be adjusted on a monthly basis. As a mortgage banker yield spread premium is not disclosed, and you can earn Borrower paid compensation without getting paid hourly or a salary.
Full Branch Accounting and Loan Level Expensing
With our online Branch Accounting software you have 24/7 access to what’s going on in your account(s) which includes pay out schedules, pay breakdowns, fundings, and a whole suite of tools to help you manage your branch.
